Where Compassion Meets Care

We’re here to help with questions and admissions. Fill out the form or call us — our admissions team will respond the same day.
Still have questions? Our Admissions team is available seven days a week, including evenings and weekends.
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most major commercial plans. Send us the insurance card and admissions will verify benefits and call you back the same day.
In many cases, we can admit a patient the same day we receive a referral. Timing depends on insurance or payment verification and receipt of the required paperwork, including but not limited to physician orders, a current medication list, and a history and physical. Our admissions team works closely with hospitals and families to make the process as fast and seamless as possible.
Absolutely. Tours are always welcome and strongly encouraged. Visiting in person gives you the chance to meet our staff and caregivers, see our accommodations and therapy spaces, and get a true feel for daily life in our center. We’re confident you’ll like what you see.
We recommend packing about a week’s worth of comfortable, active-wear clothing. All basic toiletries are provided, but you’re welcome to bring brand-specific products you prefer. Many families also bring a favorite family photo or personalized blanket to create a homelike feel. Please also bring a photo ID, insurance cards, and any advance directives that weren’t provided prior to admission.
Therapy frequency is tailored to each patient’s clinical needs and goals. We offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy, and depending on the plan of care, sessions may take place as often as daily. Shortly after admission, our therapy team completes a full evaluation and reviews a personalized therapy plan with you, including measurable goals and expected progress.
Absolutely. We know every family’s schedule is different, and loved ones are welcome to visit 24 hours a day. For safety, exterior doors are locked after hours, but a doorbell at the entrance connects directly to the nursing station so staff can let you in. Our Admissions or Social Services team will walk you through the after-hours procedure so you always feel comfortable visiting.
